PEREGRINO SUPPLY will deliver the product within 5 days of purchase. In case that, due to eventualities, a longer time is required, it will be communicated to the customer. For the process of returning or exchanging products, we have an additional 30 days return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the 30 days have already passed, you will not be able to return or exchange your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In order to make a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, in its original packaging and with any gifts or bonuses received with the merchandise (if applicable). You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse refund, exchange or store credit if the returned items are not in their original condition or do not meet our quality standards.
To request a return or exchange authorization, you may contact us at our email hello@peregrinosupply.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. If your return/exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items that are sent back to us without a return/exchange request will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return and confirm that its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges of damaged products that do not pass inspection upon receipt.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
All sales taxes will be refunded; however, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation and description of the return process.
Customs costs and international taxes, if any, will be borne by the customer.
If a package is refused due to taxes or import duties, the customer will bear the costs associated with the return of the product.
